PITCHING :

Private pitching lessons (one on one)

Customized based on students skill level.

Instruction includes but is not limited to basic mechanics, increased speed and leg drive, maximum ball movement, optimal wristsnap, control and proper grip technique.

Team Pitching Clinics (4-6 girls at a time)

Depending on schedule availability, clinics held at Twin Pitch indoor facility or team practice site

League Pitching Clinics (max 20 girls per hour session)

Held at league’s fields

 

HITTING:

Private Hitting Lessons (one on one)

Customized based on students skill level.

Instruction includes but is not limited to basic mechanics, and utilizing optimal power in the swing.

Team Hitting Clinics

Usually held at team’s practice site

League Hitting Clinics (max 20 girls per hour session)

Held at league’s fields

 

FITNESS TRAINING:

Personal Fitness Training (one on one)

Small Group Fitness Training (2-6 people)

Team Fitness Training

 

CAMPS:

Summer Camp (Mon.-Fri. 9am-1pm)

Winter Camp (Sat. & Sun. 9am-1pm)
